To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

 

HOW DO I RETURN?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click START
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You'll recieve a confirmation email with shipment instructions and a pre-paid return label once your request is approved

 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE?

  • If you are wanting to exchange an item, you must process this in the form of a return. Please follow all instructions for returning your items as stated and place a new order for your desired items.
  • You can choose to refund to your original payment method or store credit. If you choose store credit, please be aware that this will only be granted after your items arrive back at our office and pass a physical inspection. We cannot garuantee that your newly desired items/sizes will still be in stock at the time of refund. 

 

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

You can return your items within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: 

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must have original, attached tags
  • Hygiene liners must remain on garments and must not be REMOVED OR TAMPERED WITH. Please try on garments over your underwear for hygiene purposes! 
  • Item must not be labeled as "FINAL SALE" - these items are non-refundable

We CAN and WILL refuse your refund if these conditions are not met. 

 

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

  • Because we like you, returns are FREE for domestic U.S. orders! 
  • For Domestic Orders: You will receive a pre-paid shipping label via email after your return request is approved. 
  • For International Orders: There are no restocking/handling fees associated with your return, but you are responsible for all return shipping costs. 
  • Original shipping charges (if any options other than "free shipping" were chosen at checkout and shipping for international orders) are non-refundable. 

 

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. ***We have the right to reject a refund request for any returned item not in its original, unused condition or does not include all original tags, attached hygiene liners, and garment bag.
  • Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 working days.
  • If you choose to refund to store credit, an electronic gift certificate with a balance of the original amount paid will be sent to you via email and will be available for immediate use. Happy shopping!
