After packages have been shipped out from our office, we have no control over unforeseen carrier delays. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive confirmation of shipment and tracking information to the email provided at checkout. 

All delivery times are estimated based on an order placed before 10:00 AM CST.

U.S.A SHIPMENTS

FREE SHIPPING 

We are happy to offer a free USPS First Class Package shipping option for all domestic U.S. orders and returns at checkout. There is no minimum order value needed to qualify for free shipping. Estimated delivery times are 3-6 business days depending on your location. 

ALL OTHER SHIPPING SPEED OPTIONS

If you choose to purchase an expedited or rushed shipping option, these shipping costs are final and non-refundable. Expedited shipping costs are calculated by the weight dimensions of your order and by the carrier and speed you choose during checkout, and are not set by HOUSE OF ZZ, LLC. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We ship with DHL Express for all international orders. All international shipping costs are final and non-refundable. We are not able to offer free international shipping at this time, but we do pay a portion of every shipping cost to benefit the customer as an added thank you for shopping with us. 

WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES

 

SIGNATURE RELEASE 

You will receive tracking information with every purchase from our online store. Please keep tracking information stored for your reference.

EVERY INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE REQUIRES SIGNATURE RELEASE UPON DELIVERY. If you request the signature requirement to be removed, HOUSE OF ZZ and DHL are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. 

Alternatively, if you or another individual are not home to sign for your package and you have not arranged an alternate way to retrieve your package, your items will be returned to us and you will incur a $30 charge for return shipment fees. Return and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

Any customs duties & taxes incurred are the responsibility of the RECIPIENT to pay upon delivery.

It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to familiarize yourself with your local customs & tax laws before placing an international order. HOUSE OF ZZ, LLC is not responsible for these charges as they are determined by your local customs office, are different for each country, and are completely outside of our control.

We are unable to refund any customs charges incurred as HOUSE OF ZZ, LLC does not receive any amount of these taxes. 

Customs fees are completely separate costs and are not included in our swimwear prices or shipping charges.

PLEASE USE THE DHL TRACKING INFORMATION PROVIDED TO YOU VIA EMAIL OR TEXT TO KEEP TABS ON YOUR PACKAGE AND AVOID ANY CUSTOMS DELAYS. HOUSE OF ZZ, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS CAUSED BY HOLDS AT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE OR THEIR FAILURE TO REACH OUT TO YOU RERGARDING ANY NEEDED CORRESPONDENCE. 

If you refuse the delivery of your package due to any incurred customs duties & taxes, there will be a $30 charge deducted from your refund to cover return and handling fees. 

 

RETURNS

RETURNS 

You can return your items within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must have original attached tags
  • Hygiene liners must remain on garments and must not be REMOVED OR TAMPERED WITH. Please try on garments over your underwear for hygiene purposes! 

We CAN and WILL refuse your refund if these conditions are not met.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If you are ordering from outside of the U.S., you are responsible for all return shipping charges. The return cost will match the original shipping cost that you paid during checkout (varies per country) and will be deducted from your refund when your pieces arrive back to us.

EXCHANGES

We DO NOT offer exchanges. If your item does not fit or is not to your liking, have no fear! You can still send back your item, but it will just be processed as a return. Please follow the instructions on our returns portal for your unwanted items. If you want to replace your item with a different size, style or color, you must place a new order.

Please be aware that if you wait for your full refund or store credit balance for your returned items to hit your account before purchasing your replacement item/s, we cannot guarantee that your desired style, size or color will still be in stock at that time. We suggest ordering your new replacement items ASAP to avoid low stock concerns!

 

SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (excluding items marked as "FINAL SALE") may still be returned and refunded for store credit OR to original form of payment within 14 days of purchase. The purchaser will only be refunded for the amount that he/she paid at the time of sale (excluding any voluntary expedited shipping costs). 
Any item labeled “FINAL SALE” is NOT eligible for refund. You may return these items for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. In the case that your item is rejected, we will notify you immediately. We have the right to reject a refund request for any returned item not in its original, unused condition or does not include all original tags and hygiene liners.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

If you opt for store credit, your refund for the original amount paid will be sent to you in the form of an electronic gift card and will be available for immediate use in our online store.

  • never expire 
  • do not include any activation fees or service fees that reduce its value
  • are not redeemable for cash
  • are only eligible for use at www.houseofzz.us or at any HOUSE OF ZZ pop-up location

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS: 

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account again. 
Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve taken all of these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customercare@houseofzz.us  

DAMAGED ITEMS

While we hope this NEVER happens, if you receive a damaged item, we will happily offer a replacement o refund after evaluating the issue. Please email at customercare@houseofzz.us with details of your request – please include a short explanation and photo of the damaged merchandise. In order to receive a replacement or refund, the item must be sent back to our store and must still meet all “original condition” requirements stated above and abide by our 14 day return policy.
